Framework's eGPUs enhance laptop's desktop capabilities

Framework is expanding its product line by introducing external GPU (eGPU) solutions, allowing users to transform their Framework Laptop 16 into a more powerful desktop-like system. These new offerings enable the use of the laptop's existing GPU modules as external units or the integration of desktop graphics cards via an OCuLink standard connection. This provides significantly increased processing power and flexibility. The OCuLink Dev Kit leverages eight lanes of PCI-Express bandwidth, offering a substantial performance boost beyond typical laptop capabilities. This move further solidifies Framework's commitment to modularity and user customization.
