Game made with 40-year-old software released
The Verge·
Transfer Point, an adventure game, was developed using World Builder, a tool first released in 1986. This software, now freeware, was originally innovative for its time. The developer, Mike Piontek, was inspired by his childhood fascination with adventure games and the desire to share this influential tool. What began as a short project evolved into over a year of dedicated development, resulting in a game that captures the essence of classic Mac point-and-click experiences.
