Google enhances Workspace with AI automation tools

Users have administrative control over the AI's data access, with more access leading to enhanced assistance. New functionalities include using Gemini to build and populate Google Sheets up to nine times faster than manual entry, and converting unstructured data into organized tables. AI writing tools are also enhanced in Google Docs, allowing Gemini to generate, write, and edit content based on user prompts and existing data.
