This platform aims to drastically reduce development time from months to days, positioning Kore.ai as a neutral intermediary in the increasingly crowded enterprise AI agent market dominated by giants like Microsoft and Salesforce. The platform introduces Agent Blueprint Language (ABL), a YAML-based standard for defining and governing AI agents, and Arch, an AI system that translates natural language business goals into production-ready agent systems, including automated optimization.
