YouTube allows users to disable Shorts feed
The Verge·
YouTube has introduced a new feature allowing users to effectively remove Shorts from their app experience. This update to the existing time management settings enables users to set a zero-minute time limit specifically for Shorts, accessible on both Android and iOS devices. Initially announced in October, the lowest time limit was previously 15 minutes. The feature is now live for all users, expanding on its availability to parents for controlling children's screen time. This move gives users greater control over their content consumption within the platform.
